6. What is Sirius Radius’s warranty and repair policy?

We maintain a local inventory of parts for quick, efficient support. All products include a one-year local warranty. Selected items also offer “Sirius Care” — an optional plan extending coverage by one or two years for major component failures. Sirius Care must be purchased at the time of the original product purchase.

7. Are SR products made in Australia?

Our products currently have diverse origins, with components sourced globally. As we grow, we’re moving from overseas manufacturing to partial Australian assembly — and ultimately full local production. This reflects our commitment to strengthening Australia’s technology and manufacturing sectors. 8. Do you support grey import buyers?

Sirius Radius holds exclusive rights for product distribution and servicing in Oceania. We cannot provide support or warranty for grey imports or counterfeit products. Such items may differ in safety, quality, and durability. Only products purchased through authorised SR channels meet our standards and are covered by our warranty and after-sales support.
